MEET ELIZABETH
"I believe mental health is just as important as physical health, and everyone deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based care."
Hello, and welcome! I'm Elizabeth Berube, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Phoenix Mental Health.
My passion for mental health care is both professional and personal. As a nurse for more than eight years, I have cared for individuals and families during some of life's most challenging moments. Throughout my healthcare career, I witnessed firsthand how often mental health concerns are overlooked or treated as secondary to physical health, despite the profound impact they have on overall well-being.
My own experiences with therapy and mental health treatment further strengthened my commitment to making psychiatric care more accessible, compassionate, and patient-centered. I understand the courage it takes to seek help, and I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey.
My approach is collaborative and individualized. I take the time to truly get to know each patient, understand their unique experiences, and develop treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and actively participating in their care.
I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related challenges, mood disorders, or life transitions, my goal is to partner with you to improve your overall mental health and quality of life.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and well-being!
