Everyone seeks out yoga for different reasons, but I’m especially here to provide a calm & quiet space to the busy professionals who have a high-stress lifestyle who are in need of more time to de-stress.

The people who ask themselves: “How much can I possibly get done today?” or say “If I can just finish everything on my to-do list, THEN I’ll rest.” and maybe even “I feel like I don’t have time for myself”

I'm a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and I have been practicing yoga since I was 14.

Time and time again it has been my safe & quiet space keeping me steady through job changes, moves, relationship & family drama and incredibly busy seasons.

My classes aren’t just about flexibility or pain relief, because I believe yoga is just as much medicine for the mind and spirit as it is for the body. 

And for people with full schedules like yours, I bet all 3 (mind, body & spirit) would deeply appreciate the extra time & attention.

As your yoga teacher, my mission is to help you find & feel the same sense of calm, safety, relief & relaxation in every class, so that no matter what work or life may throw at you, you have one place you can always return to. 

(While enjoying the increased strength, flexibility & muscle ease as the cherries on top.)
