Who is Ember?

Ember is a Fire Goddess with a Master’s mind—literally. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Positive Psychology, she blends science-backed tools with soulful wisdom to guide people home to themselves. She’s also a 6/2 Manifesting Generator (for those who speak Human Design) and a Sagittarius with a love for coffee, Norse mythology, emotional intelligence, and wild inner healing.

Her sessions don’t just help you breathe deeper…they help you remember who you are.
