Chair Yoga

Tuesdays 10:30am - A gentle form of yoga that is
practiced while seated or using a chair for support, making it accessible for people of all abilities.

Baby Bonding Yoga

new caregivers and their babies, combining gentle yoga poses with playful movements.

Intro to Yoga

Various dates - Designed for beginners, this class offers a gentle approach to learning

the fundamentals of yoga.

Restorative Yoga

Thursdays 6:30pm - A deeply relaxing practice that

uses props such as blankets, bolsters, and straps to support the body

in a restful pose.
