MEET MICHELLE
With my background as a CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant), an EMR (Emergency Medical Responder), and a Radiology tech, I bring an excellent understanding of the human body and its pain points to my work as a degreed Massage Therapist. My certifications include: Advanced Pain Management, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Oncology, Myofacial, Cupping, Hot Stone, KTape, and Stretch.
I graduated from Central Florida School of Massage Therapy in 2016, and also completed an additional 100-hour Advanced Pain Management program. I practice an integrative approach to bodywork, combining science-based medical massage techniques with therapeutic movement interventions that include the use of advanced tools and techniques to help facilitate positive, results-driven sessions.

Depending on what we determine to be your "pain project" for each visit, I can use deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, and a variety of tools to address your pain and discomfort. For each visit, you'll recline on a heated, soothing BioMat that employs 5 powerful therapies (far-infrared rays, negative ions, plus jade and tourmaline crystals) to provide deep relaxation and pain relief by warming the body from the inside out.
Whether you're dealing with sciatica, frozen shoulder, nerve impingements, or other pain anywhere in your body, I'm here to help. As always, add-ons such as cupping, hot stone, massage gun, electric acupuncture pen, aromatherapy, scraping, frequency-embedded music, and more are included at no additional charge.

Education is a key component to my approach. I educate my clients
on the holistic nature of their body and show them how every body part
is connected and influences other parts.
My clients receive strategies to use at home to continue healing and maintain
a pain-free life. Understanding the difference between source pain and referred pain is essential to healing here in the office and at home.
CLIENT REVIEWS
"Michelle Is a great masseuse, but what sets her apart from others that I have utilized in the past is her knowledge of physiology and focus on functional relief. I always feel relaxed and relieved after my sessions. Great for post-workout and to alleviate aches and pains from travel. And she’s very personable and respectful of whether you want to chat or simply relax in silence. Highly recommend!" - Christi H.
"Michelle is great at listening to what’s giving me trouble and fixing it." - Aaron G.
"I was nervous at the beginning but Michelle listened to my issues and put my mind at ease. The massage was great, but she also gave me things to do at home to maintain her work. Her knowledge & compassion were amazing!" - Kya G.
"Great experience! Michelle takes time to explain everything, educates and encourages you with a plan. Definitely looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend her. - Myrna P.
