Meet Adrianna

Pain and discomfort can interfere with our lives, our work, and our moods -- but it doesn't have to be that way. I named my business, "Hope for More," because I want to give my clients the hope and ability to get more out of life. I do this by relieving their pain and helping them to feel their best, all day, every day. I'm looking forward to helping you, too.

My Goal: Help You Feel Better and Move Better.

My techniques will reduce your pain, improve your mobility and function, and help prevent future injuries. Each client is unique, so I take a collaborative approach, especially in the first session, where we talk about your goals and issues, and create a game plan. Depending on your goals, I can use several different techniques and modalities to address them.

My Services:

The services below can be combined. For your first visit, I do recommend at least a 60-minute session, but you can opt for 30-min, 60-min, or 90-min sessions going forward.


Therapeutic Massage:

Whether you're recovering from an injury or just general stiffness and discomfort, rehabilitative massage is an excellent treatment option. What separates me from a regular massage therapist are my training and credentials in this specific modality. I focus on improving circulation, decreasing stiffness, decreasing pain and soreness, promoting healing, and strengthening immune response. The results? You'll sleep better, experience less stress, have more energy, and have a better mood overall.  

Movement-Based Massage:
This modality is excellent for improving your physical performance, decreasing your risk of injury, improving your range of motion, increasing blood flow, and optimizing muscle efficiency. In a movement-based massage session, I do all the work, while you communicate how each stretch feels. This allows us to spend more time focusing on stretching out a specific area, which can lead to an increased range of motion and greater pain relief.

Corrective Exercise:
To extend the relief you experience from our sessions, I can develop a plan for exercises you can do on your own. The goal of these exercises is to optimize the function of muscles, improve movement patterns, reduce the risk of injury, and reduce pain.
